My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The environment around the hotel did not feel pleasant, with many homeless people around the area. I understand that homelessness is a serious issue, but as a paying hotel guest, I expected the surroundings and overall atmosphere of the hotel to feel more welcoming and secure. The service was also very poor. The following morning, my wife and I went for breakfast and there was nobody available to assist us for more than five minutes. Eventually, a lady came and explained that she had been in the restroom. My wife asked for sausage and bacon, and she was given only two very small pieces of bacon and one sausage that had been cut into two pieces. I honestly could not believe the portion or the level of service. Based on my experiences with other hotels, I expected a much better standard of hospitality, customer service and breakfast. Unfortunately, I would rate my overall experience at this hotel 1 out of 10. I was extremely disappointed and would not choose to stay here again unless there are significant improvements in the service and overall guest experience.
